The 2018 Gallery is now available to view, with pics from Carsington & Capesthorne Hall (courtesy of Jim Smith), Aberystwyth and Malvern.

Liz Clement has told me that she will have to phase out the old galleries at some point as they are no longer compatible with her software. The 2018 gallery is a new, improved, style and converting all the old galleries would be a very big task. Older images could be archived onto a CD for posterity but what do members think of perhaps only keeping image galleries on the site for the last five years? Or more? Do members still browse the older galleries?

Grateful for any thoughts on this issue.

    Rick

      Hi Rick
I would agree with the web page only holding the last 5 yrs photos .
Perhaps we could look at a compilation of pictures to be placed on cd or memory stick , covering the period from the clubs inception .
This could be an item available to commemorate our 20th anniversary next year , up for discussion by all .
Also sorry for the quality of pictures from Carsington and Capesthorne I was just wandering around playing with my camera , not very good but hopefully I will get better .
      Regards
      Jim

      Hi Richard

I still browse the older photos and think they should be archived to CD. I’d be happy to purchase one.

      Regards

      Mike

      Hi Rick

We really appreciated your wonderful photography in Aberystwyth, there fab thanks.

With regards to the above topic, if you put the old ones onto a CD & keep the last 5 years on the gallery we think that would be a good solution.
