I have now confirmed with the campsite that the rally will go ahead. They have allocated us an area with 21 hard standings and EHU’s plus water tap on each pitch.
I have also provisionally booked The Five Bells pub in Henlow Village for a Christmas Lunch at 1:00 on Saturday 7th December. The 3 course meal is £23.95 with coffee and mince pie to finish. The restaurant require a £5 per person deposit which I need to get to them by 7th November to secure our table. Please can you send a cheque to me at Chapmans Barn, Belaugh Road, Hoveton, Norwich NR12 8UU to arrive no later than 6th November.
I have attached the menu, so please also decide on your menu choice and let me have this back no later than 22rd November again so I can pass this on to the restaurant. We will be able to sort out cars/taxi’s from and to the campsite for those who don’t fancy a stroll before or after the meal.
Please feel free to still come to the rally even if you don’t want to join in the Christmas meal, you will be very welcome even if it is only for a few days.
