Having returned home yesterday after some 18 days away, I am about to type the minutes which are still in a written format, for which a big thank you must go to our scribe, Maureen Tofts.
Traditionally the minutes of the AGM are circulated to all nearer the time of the next AGM.
All previous years minutes used to be available in the Documents section of the forum but a decision was taken to remove that and all other information which could identify an individual, in preparation for the Data Protection Bill.
However around the time of the Data Protection Bill, we acted upon the advice to step up the security of the website and forum, identifiable by the padlock at the start of the address bar and as such a vote was taken at this AGM to reinstate the Members List into the secure members area of the website.
We will be emailing all members who initially opted out of sharing their details in that list to check if that is still the case.
If any member reading this who initially opted in to share their details have since changed their mind, then it is important that you notify our Membership Secretary Sue Dalley firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience.
Getting back to your original question, the minutes could be made available in PDF format by tomorrow morning, so if you or any other interested member would like to read the minutes before April / May 2019, then please email your request to email@example.com
