Many thanks to Peter and Christine for arranging what proved to be a brilliant pre Christmas meet. The site was perfect, the facilities were impeccable and the meal was excellent. As usual, this meet did have a nod towards good fun, a tipple or two and even a surprise quiz. I have to agree with Jim below that the best team won namely OCWAR (Of course we are right).
Despite the concerns of friends to the north of us in County Durham who suspected we would need digging out, we saw no more than 1mm of snow on one morning and no snow at all, from leaving the site to arriving back home in North Yorkshire on Wednesday.
