Update two.
Malvern Show is all systems go.
Everything has fallen into place really quickly and our Club is now listed on the link below and I have successfully booked us in through the web site (although you can download an application form and send a cheque)
Where it asked for a club membership number it needed something in this box so I typed ‘none’ which it accepted.

We are the first of the minimum of five vans needed for a dedicated club area, so I have my fingers crossed for another four (or more)
